Refund policy

When a ticket is refunded, by whom, and how long it takes.

Who refunds you

The organizer is the seller, so refunds are the organizer’s decision and come out of the organizer’s money. Silkroad carries the request out and shows you its state.

When a refund is due

A cancelled event is refunded. A postponed or rescheduled event gives you the choice of keeping your ticket for the new date or requesting a refund; the notice you receive says which applies.

A change of mind is not automatically refundable, for the reason set out in the buyer terms.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back to the card that paid. Silkroad cannot send a refund somewhere else, and will never ask for card details to process one.

Once submitted, a refund usually appears within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Until your bank posts it, the money has left the organizer but has not yet reached you.

Partial refunds

An order can be partially refunded. When it is, the tickets covered by the refund stop being valid for admission and say so, and the rest of the order is unaffected.
